Denial by an auction platform does not constitute service failure and does not qualify for refund.

Any penalties, suspensions, losses, or damages arising from misuse remain solely your responsibility.
We are not responsible for vehicle mechanical condition, title status, history reports, shipping damage, storage fees, arbitration decisions, seller conduct, clerical errors, listing inaccuracies, or undisclosed defects.
All purchases are conducted entirely at your own risk.
Initiating a chargeback after services have begun constitutes breach of agreement and acknowledgment that services were rendered.
We may submit IP logs, timestamps, recorded communications, signed acknowledgments, documentation activity records, and service logs to dispute payment reversals.
Fraudulent disputes may be reported to processors and financial institutions where legally permitted.
Under no circumstance shall liability exceed the amount paid for services. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, speculative, reputational, or financial damages including lost profits or business interruption.
All disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Florida. You waive jury trial and class action participation.
